Alap's graduation

our initial plan was to go to sunway to pass some time, then adjourn to alap's convo.

suddenly, we had a major change of plans, and off we were to ukm first for lin hui to settle some stuff. then we headed to times square! my favourite shopping place! hehe.. it was kinda a roller coaster ride for both of us, with much stressful signboard hunting. at one point, we suddenly went off to god knows where on one of those long wide highway-looking roads with many lanes all going different places and all seemed to be going to the point of no return. shudders.

finally, we were at times square dy, searching for the car park. we couldn't find it, and was turning into this small area with shops and all. looked like a small town or sth. then we turned a corner and oh shit! there were all those highway-looking roads all ahead of us. good thing there was an unofficial carpark just beside us, those on sand and broken tiles kind, which we gratefully (more like desperately) turned in. phew!

after that, of course we need more carbs. to gain back our energy. so here we are at food & tea! it's been a while. hi my beloved fried spaghetti!~ that was the only thing nice though. the gui ning gao was not bad also la, as a free desert in the set.

after shopping around (i managed to buy a t-shirt and a dress all in 15 minutes before we had to rush to upm. hehe.. the lack of time being due to us being waylayed by some takaful promoter..) we went for gui ning gao before heading back. gosh this is absolutely my favourite eva! first introduced by boon koon. tasty, with a hint of bitterness. so smooth it simply glides down your throat, and served with honey not too sweet, not too thick, j.u.s.t n.i.c.e... thumbs up for this one! it's rm7 per bowl though. in the long run, eu yang sang's powder, which is also nice, is kinder on the pocket. you gotta find ur own perfect honey though, then let me know. haha..

we finally arrived at upm, a lil' late due to the jam, the rain, and also our gui ning gao. haha.. sorry alap.

and when alap saw us he was sooo happy...

...coz his flowers had finally arrived.;p

apart from being busy taking flowers, as the day got longer, his presents also got more and more. a testament to how popular he was. haha..

and of course, since he was so popular, with the guys too, he was caught to be thrown. 3 times i think. man he was shaking after they were done. too exciting already i think. haha.. sometimes i'm so glad i'm born a girl.

phone calls after phone calls.. alap was so busy.

but.. still happy.=]

dinner was his treat at 花城 at rasah new village. really not bad wei. when i went home, even my dad told me he had heard bout that place. my favourite among the three dishes was the mee tikus, alap's favourite. cham.. i start to get addicted dy. haha.. then the choi sum also quite nice. not bitter at all. normally i really hate those old bitter ones. this is nice~

finally, congratulations to alap on graduating! you've made it! all the best as you embark on your journey into your future which i'm sure will be bright and exciting.

may all your dreams come true.=]
