latest additions to our meals~

MEATBALL WITH POTATO & ONION (fiona's recipe)


1. Mince port, marinate with salt, pepper, corn flour. Add chopped onion.
2. Cut onion into rings.
3. peel potato and cut into rings. fry until turn brown.
4. Heat up oil. Fry balls, dish out.
5. Take out some oil, fry onions until soft, add in potato, add in meatballs, add water.
6. Season with light soy sauce 1 tbsp, dark soy sauce half tbsp, salt and sugar to taste.
7. Boil until potato soft.

ABC SOUP WITH MEATBALLS (fiona's recipe)

1. boil water. add onions and bones when water boil. - high flame 5 min, then medium flame half an hour.
2. add potato, carrot, meatball
3. add salt to taste
4. dish out, add pepper. mix thoroughly.
