Food!!

coming to scotland, i'm really learning more and more about cooking. basically, when cooking anything, you can just dump in whatever you want. once cooked, they all taste nice. haha..

STEAMED COD FISH

steam fish together with chilli padi, ginger, tomatoes. pour the sauce over (soy sauce, sesame oil, a lil' of water). after 10 minutes... it's ready to eat!

CHICKEN RICE

Rice: fry with 5 cloves of garlic, butter and salt.

Soup: fry garlic and ginger with sesame oil. Add water to boil. Add in chicken. After chicken cooked, take out and serve with light soy sauce + sesame oil + water. Use the chicken soup to cook rice.

Prepare chilli padi in soy sauce to eat with chicken.

DESERT

we made brownies too! just buy a pack from tesco. it's really easy to make. then i topped it up with ben&jerry vanilla ice cream. and yi lyn topped it up with a strawberry. really delicous! looks good too. (^.^)v

WESTERN SET

Salad: chop up cabbage, lettuce, tomato, add raisins, and mix them all with cocktail sauce from Aldi. voila!

Potato wedges: buy the wedges, top with cheese, parsley, oregano.. and bake!

Roast chicken: marinate chicken with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper. lay it out on a tray and drizzle with honey, and add a dash of rosemary. then into the oven it goes!
